At Coal City Bluff we offer a number of wedding packages and add-on services so that you can perfectly plan the event of your dreams. Purchasing a wedding package gets you complete access to the venue, including our Reception Hall, Bridal Suite, Gentlemen's Cabin, Full Kitchen, Full access to my personal decor rooms where you can handpick items to suit your dream wedding, and more.

Take the stress off yourself by hiring our experienced coordinator to help run your big day. Our coordinator will direct the rehearsal and the wedding, and is fully available to discuss, both over the phone and in person.
✔ SET UP AND TAKE DOWN SERVICE
Let us do the heavy lifting! Our staff will set up the tables and chairs for your event, according to your specifications, and take them down at the end of the night.
✔ IVORY TABLECLOTHS
We have stunning ivory tablecloths available in house. We also have a variety of table runners and chair sashes to use.
✔ SERVERS
Our servers support you by ensuring your food stays fresh, your drinks stay full, and your tables stay clean. They take the stress of maintaining the dinner table off of you, so that you can better enjoy your big day.
✔ PARKING ATTENDANTS
Our parking attendants ensure that each guest's vehicle is safely parked, and directs the guests to the main event.
